NEVER RECEIVED ITEM

Absolutely awful have waited ages for my product , it had never arrived contacted customer service who told me it would be with me soon … that was three weeks ago

Great product but no stand came with it

Small, great for the price and works well. I was able to attach it to the fence which was good as I was expecting a stand to come with it to be able to move it around. When I queried The Outerior about this they gave no options to rectify this and ended the email with 'have a nice life'! Shocking customer relations and very unprofessional from The Outerior.
