Had a very difficult time putting it together. Once I had it is excellent, especially the large ash tray so there is no mess .

BBQ Build

Overall this is a good product. If I was to be overly critical I would say the instructions to build were very small and as such quite difficult to follow. Also there was a small part missing - the Charcoal Grill Handle base. My husband had to adapt a piece from his workshop/toolbox which hopefully will do. Aside from that we are happy with the BBQ Grill Set.

Missing Screws

Instructions are hard to follow, do not list all parts so having to go back and forth to ensure I have the right parts in correct places. Very time consuming and confusing. Doesn't help that I'm missing part X3 with is four M5x35mm screws for the hood. So now incomplete. Providing I get the screws I would recommend as it does look good, just frustrating to put together with unclear instructions - and I like flat packs.

The over all bbq is not bad, there are parts missing and the instructions are poor

Unfortunately only built the barbecue, but so far all is good.

It has many useful features.

It arrived with some damage from delivery, but the factory replaced what was needed very quickly. The ceramic coated grill is very easy to keep clean.

Love the grill, the features are amazing. Only thing to know when you are putting it together is that you may need little fingers and hands to tighten screws in some awkward places. It is otherwise perfect. We have grilled every weekend and still feel like its not enough.

Absolutely wonderful, we have used it for my birthday. Lots of room for grilling, wonderful performance. Well worth it's money.
